Management Question

Learning Goal: I’m working on a management discussion question and need an explanation and answer to help me learn.

1. Please help me writing an analysis of the article “Why we hate HR”.

– Conduct an interview with a friend, neighbor, former coworker or family member of your choice and ask them about the key points of the articles.

– Do you and they agree with Hammond’s four major points? Integrate the article and interview together and try to describe what HR is doing well and where they need to improve. Is the current situation really HR’s fault or are other people or departments also responsible?

– You should be as objective as possible and be sure to support your ideas to the extent possible. The articles should guide your paper and use your interviews (opinions) to support or rebut the authors’ points. Include a reflection paragraph that describes what you learned from this assignment and what you hope to get out of taking this class.

The paper should be about two (2) pages, single-spaced, size 12 font, with 1” margins.

Answer should be 4-5 sentences.
